ASPRO has been updated to fulfill the new ESO Call for Proposals Period 83

The ESO Call for Proposals has been issued for P83.
It covers the AMBER and MIDI observations to be executed between April and September 2009. The deadline for proposal submission is 1st October 2008, noon (Central European Summer Time).
